We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join a premium fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in premium or high-end retail and be confident in providing excellent customer service.

Benefits

• Basic salary up to RM2,300

• AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

• RM200 allowance

• 5 working days per week

Location: KLCC & Bangsar
Salary: Basic Up to RM2,300 + AWS + RM200 allowance
Working Hours: 5 days per week | 45 hours per week

Requirements

• Female Malaysian candidates only.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in premium/high-end retail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Presentable, friendly and customer-oriented.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  

Additional Requirement
Hijab-wearing candidates must be comfortable wearing a turban/headscarf style with a high-neck inner as part of the brand's dress code

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a professional shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Handle cashier and POS transactions accurately.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.

• Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
