• Minimum SPM / SKM / Certificate in Automotive Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

• Fresh graduates / candidates with no working experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair is an advantage.

• Willing to learn and develop technical skills in automotive servicing and repair.

• Able to follow SOP, safety procedures, and work instructions.

• Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

• Able to work in a workshop environment and perform hands-on tasks.

• Able to handle tools and workshop equipment responsibly.

• Valid driving licence (Class D) is an advantage.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

The Technicianis responsible for carrying outvehicle maintenance, servicing, repair, and basic diagnostic workaccording to company standards and technical procedures. The role ensures assigned jobs are completedsafely, efficiently, and accurately, while maintaining proper vehicle handling, workshop safety, and cleanliness.

1. MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OPERATIONS

• Assist with basic vehicle servicing, maintenance, repair, and inspection under the guidance of the Foreman/Technical Leader.

• Complete assigned jobs according to work orders, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• Handle all customer vehicles with care.
  

1. QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Perform basic checks to ensure work is completed according to company standards.

• Report any defects, technical issues, or abnormalities to the Foreman/Technical Leader.

• Assist with daily work records and job progress updates.
  

1. TOOLS, EQUIPMENT & SAFETY

• Use workshop tools and equipment properly and safely.

• Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.

• Report any damaged, missing, or faulty tools/equipment to the supervisor.

• Follow all workshop safety proceduresand maintain cleanliness and5S standards.

1. COMPLIANCE & WORK PROCEDURES

• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)andwarranty policies.

• Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles at all times.

• Maintain a safeandclean work environment before and after each job.
  

1. REPORTING & COMMUNICATION

• Report job progress, technical issues, and any abnormalities to the Technical Leader.

• Assist in recording details of servicing, repairs, inspections, and other assigned work.

• Communicate and work effectively with all team members.

• Attend required meetings, training sessions, and technical learning programmes.
