Job Overview

Averis Realty is looking for an energetic, confident, and articulate TikTok Live Host & Content Creator to be the face of our brand.

In this role, you will combine engaging live streams with creative short-form video production to educate potential homebuyers and generate leads for our housing developments across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming & Audience Engagement

• Host regular, high-energy TikTok LIVE sessions to present properties, interact with viewers, and answer questions in real time.
• Engage and build trust with the audience while actively driving viewers to register their interest through our lead forms.
• Plan and execute creative live-streaming concepts to keep content fresh and engaging.

1. Short-Form Content Creation

• Script, film, and edit engaging short videos (TikTok, Meta Reels) featuring property tours, tips, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content ideas for social media ads and campaigns.
• Travel to project sites and sales galleries when needed to capture video content.

3. Equipment & Performance Tracking

• Handle basic live studio equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting) before going live.
• Track video and live stream performance metrics to continuously improve view counts, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Conversational English is a plus.
• Camera Presence: Confident, cheerful, and natural in front of the camera with strong communication skills.
• Editing Skills: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut) and social media content creation.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, Brand Ambassador, or Media Presenter is a strong advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Lead Generation: Monthly targets for verified leads generated via live streams and video content.
• Content Output: Consistent delivery of planned live sessions and short-form videos every month.
• Viewer Engagement: Growth in live stream view count, retention rate, and audience interaction.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
