Recruiter Internship Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Preferred location: Johor Bahru or Batu Pahat.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Currently undergoing an internship.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Active on social media platforms.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.
• Manage and review candidates' resumes.
• Contact candidates to arrange interviews or career sharing sessions.
• Assist in organising open interview events and career talks.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media promotional content.
