1–3 years experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales

(Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply!)

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

Background in banking / financial services is an added advantage

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

Responsible, disciplined, and responsive

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Own transport for occasional client visits (if required)

Contact potential clients via phone to promote SME banking products & solutions

Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to close sales

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service

Achieve and exceed individual & team sales targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process
