• Platform Operations: Create, update, and optimize product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images, and SKU accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment and replenishment.
• Campaign & Promotions: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and major seasonal events (e.g., Payday sales, 9.9, Raya).
• Customer Support & Engagement: Handle online customer inquiries, reviews, and post-purchase issues like returns or refunds.
• Data & Reporting: Track sales performance, traffic trends, and conversion rates to prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
