Salary RM1800 - RM2100 + Overtime

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise QA inspectors in daily tasks, ensuring accurate inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.).
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train and mentor QA inspectors on SOPs, safety, and quality systems.
• Maintain and analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and participating in root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure quality integration across departments.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QA equipment.
• Responsible in maintaining good communication | disciplines and relation with team members, and superiors.
• Responsible for meeting Good Manufacturing practices and housekeeping requirements at all times.
• Perform and maintain the personnel hygiene & housekeeping
• Promoting excellent food safety quality culture

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• having experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, regulatory standards, and inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 14001, etc) is an advantange
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
