• Proven track record in sales roles, preferably within retail, distribution or customer-facing environments
• Valid driving licence and reliable personal transport or access to company-provided vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong numeracy and ability to manage sales targets and KPIs
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and handle products safely
• Reliability and punctuality with a flexible approach to working hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales or CRM systems is advantageous
• Willingness to undergo product training and sales development programmes
• Knowledge of the bullion or precious metals industry is preferred but not essential

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and clients
• Present product offerings and provide personalised sales consultations to customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Deliver products to customers efficiently and professionally whilst maintaining excellent service standards
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and delivery schedules
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers to support their purchasing decisions
• Ensure vehicle and delivery equipment are maintained in good working condition
• Collect payments and manage cash handling procedures as required
• Report on sales activities, customer feedback and market trends to management
