Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the plastic manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or related manufacturing industry.

Experience in local sales / B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Mandarin speakers are preferred to communicate effectively with Mndarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Passionate about sales and motivated to develop new business opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal departments.

Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation would be an added advantage.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing local customers.

Identify and pursue potential customers through market research, sales leads, and industry networking.

Promote and sell the company's plastic products and solutions to customers in the local market.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.

Investigate customer complaints or issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and propose appropriate solutions.

Work closely with the Sales Manager to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and sales performance updates.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure orders and shipments are delivered on time.

Monitor customer orders and follow up on delivery status to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
