Position: Inventory Officer (Spare Parts)

Tenure: 3 months’ probation leading to permanent

Working Location: Bandar Bukit Raja

Job Descriptions:

• Receive incoming spare parts shipments and inspect for discrepancies or damages.
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately in the inventory system.
• Store spare parts in designated locations following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts for distribution.
• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, and stock monitoring.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Assist with spare parts enquiries and purchasing support.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store following 5S practices.
• Report damaged or defective parts to the supervisor.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory operations.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
