The Human Resource Intern will support the HR department in daily administrative and operational functions while gaining practical exposure to various HR activities. The intern will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, personnel documentation, and HR record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and internal communications.
- Support training and development activities, including attendance tracking and training logistics.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, wellness, CSR, and company events.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure employee information is handled confidentially and in compliance with company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Objective: To provide practical HR experience while supporting the department's daily operations and contributing to employee-focused initiatives.
Pay: RM800.00 per month
