Financial Consultant

Role Overview

As a Financial Consultant with Trillion, you will provide holistic financial planning services to individuals, families, and business owners. Your role is to understand clients' financial goals, identify protection and wealth gaps, and recommend suitable Manulife solutions, including protection, savings, investment, and estate planning products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to understand clients' current financial position and long-term goals
• Develop and present personalised financial plans and product recommendations
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive relationship management and regular Annual Client Reviews
• Identify and approach prospective clients through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Stay current with product offerings, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate actively in agency training sessions, product workshops, and team events
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holders due to regulatory requirements
• No prior financial services experience required, comprehensive training provided
• Strong desire to help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Willingness to obtain MAS required licences (RES5, RES9, HI, training and exam support provided)
• Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or client facing roles is advantageous
