Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical & Software Design Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of electrical and control system solutions for chiller applications. The role involves electrical design, panel development, PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and supporting customized customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and select electrical components such as MCCBs, soft starters, contactors, relays, isolator switches, and protection devices for industrial applications.
• Develop electrical control panel designs, including layouts, wiring diagrams, component placement, and ventilation considerations.
• Prepare and support the assembly, testing, and prototyping of new electrical control panels and systems.
• Review and prepare technical specifications for standard and non-standard customer orders.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot electrical issues related to control systems, grounding, and protection circuits.
• Develop, modify, and maintain PLC and HMI programs for chiller and industrial control applications.
• Support project execution, testing, commissioning, and continuous product improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout the design and development process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical design, industrial automation, or control systems.
• Experience in electrical system design for industrial applications, particularly power systems up to 600A and *************V.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, control devices, and protection systems.
• Proficient in electrical panel design, wiring schematics, and control cabinet development.
• Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming for industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with chiller, HVAC, or industrial cooling systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
