JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and ensure orders are served accurately.
• Assist with daily outlet operations and coordinate with team members.
• Guide and support junior service crew when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to join immediately is highly preferred.
