• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior working experience required.

• Prepare invoices, receipts, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).
• Assist in payment tracking and maintaining financial records.
• Monitor inventory and update stock records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Assist in order processing and delivery arrangements.
• Handle general administrative tasks and documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
