We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Assistant to support our finance and accounts team in managing daily billing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, verifying billing information, maintaining accurate records, and handling billing-related inquiries to ensure smooth and timely billing processes.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience who are looking to build their career in finance and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and within the required timelines.
• Verify billing information and coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving billing-related issues professionally.
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
