What You'll Be Doing

• Make It Happen: Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documents.
• Be the Go-To Person: Handle customer enquiries and keep customers updated on orders and deliveries.
• Connect the Dots: Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Keep Things on Track: Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Make Every Day Count: Support daily sales operations and learn how different parts of a business work together.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to work as part of a team.
