Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, assembly, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED displays, digital signage, audiovisual (AV), sound, lighting, visual, and projection systems.
• Perform system testing, calibration, configuration, and functional checks to ensure all equipment operates properly.
• Diagnose technical faults and carry out repair and maintenance work to ensure systems function reliably.
• Conduct site visits when required to assess site conditions, take measurements, and gather technical information.
• Provide on-site technical support and coordinate with customers, project teams, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Travel to project sites and customer locations as required.
• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call duties when necessary to meet project schedules and operational requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years’ experience in AV, LED, digital signage, sound, lighting, installation, repair, or related technical roles.
• Experience with LED displays, digital signage, AV systems, sound and lighting systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project/customer sites.
• Fast learners with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in technical installation and hands-on work are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
