Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join the JOVI team at IOI Putrajaya.Retail Associate responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer experience, supporting sales performance, and ensuring smooth daily retail operations. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and managing stock in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

-Greet and assist customers professionally.
-Provide product recommendations to drive sales.
-Handle customer requests (including engraving, if applicable).
-Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

2. Store Operations & Stock Management

-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the kiosk.
-Monitor stock levels and support replenishment.
-Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion

-Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
-Assist in setting up displays and promotional activities.

4. Transaction Handling & Reporting

-Ensure accurate handling of all sales transactions.
-Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the supervisor.

5. Customer Engagement
-Build strong relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
-Collect and communicate customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and confident personality
• Customer-oriented with proactive mindset
• Retail experience is an advantage
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
