Install, commission, and test packaging machines at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and machine servicing.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Provide technical support to customers.

Conduct machine operation training.

Prepare service reports after each visit.

Recommend spare parts and machine upgrades.

Support machine demonstrations and factory acceptance tests when required.

Travel throughout Malaysia for customer service assignments.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally.

Support machine demonstrations and other technical activities as assigned.

Maintain good relationships with customers.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager.
