Minimum 18YO

F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays

Well-groomed with a positive and professional attitude

No prior experience? Training will be provided.

Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests and resolving basic enquiries or complaints promptly.

Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.

Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts where applicable.

Prepare the dining area before opening and perform closing duties after service.

Refill condiments, cutlery, napkins, and other service supplies as required.

Assist in basic food and beverage preparation when necessary.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs.

Maintain cleanliness of service stations, equipment, and common areas.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Participate in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries when assigned.

Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.
