Good communication skills and able to communicate with customers professionally.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers over the phone.

Able to handle difficult or challenging customers in a calm and professional manner.

Responsible, patient and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and able to use common office applications.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or collection is an advantage.

Malaysian citizens are preferred.

Willing to work from the office in Kota Damansara.

Compliant Communication:Conduct professional communications with overdue clients via phone and other compliant channels. Remind and guide clients to make timely payments, and assist them in formulating reasonable repayment plans.

Information Maintenance:Promptly update client information and follow-up records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Risk Alert: Keenly identify potential risks or fraudulent activities during communications and promptly report them for handling.

Goal Achievement: Meet the company's assigned collection targets and daily performance metrics.
