We are looking for English -speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in KCP (Kelana Centre Point), Malaysia.

Customer Service Representative - English (Fintech / Digital Payment Services)

Job Details:

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Industry: Payment Systems / Financial Technology (Fintech)
• Location: KCP (Kelana Centre Point), Malaysia
• Intake Date: 16 November 2026
• Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts - 5 working days and 2 consecutive off days
• Total Monthly Compensation: Up to RM4,100 (Basic salary RM 3,800 per month+ Fixed language allowance: RM300)

Requirements:

• Must possess a degree certificate.
• Preferably have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) is required.
• Must be comfortable working 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
