Responsibilities

Lead generation & outreach

• You will research target accounts, map decision makers, and open initial contact by phone and email to spark interest in our Cloud ERP with AI solutions.
• You will qualify inbound and outbound prospects with clear discovery questions and record outcomes in the CRM.
• You will represent High Pines Training and Consultancy Sdn Bhd professionally during outreach and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Data & CRM management

• You will maintain and update contact lists and lead records to keep the database accurate and useful.
• You will prepare simple reports and dashboards to show lead progress and outreach results to the team.
• You will use spreadsheets and CRM tools to prioritise follow-ups and flag high-potential accounts.

Marketing support & content

• You will support marketing activities and projects, coordinating tasks and tracking milestones to keep campaigns on schedule.
• You will assist with creative needs by drafting social copy, adapting templates, and preparing basic visuals for online use.
• You will collect campaign feedback and suggest practical adjustments to improve lead quality and engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related tertiary course.
• Any internship or hands-on project experience in sales outreach, marketing support, or CRM work will help you hit the ground running.
• Comfort with a consultancy setting and interest in Cloud ERP solutions is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good command of spoken and written English; ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM platforms for data entry and simple reporting.
• Experience or willingness to use basic design tools such as Canva for marketing assets is useful.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication style that is polite, resilient, and comfortable on outreach calls.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Curious attitude, open to feedback, and able to collaborate well with sales and marketing colleagues.
