Job Title: Content Creator

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our marketing team at GNI Pharma in Ampang. You’ll plan, shoot and edit engaging content for our health, wellness and beauty products across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

This role suits someone who enjoys turning ideas into videos, understands social media trends and can take content from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, hooks and scripts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media and paid advertising.
• Create product demonstrations, educational content and promotional videos.
• Appear on camera and present products when required.
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for different platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor content performance and use feedback to improve future content.
• Ensure content follows approved product information and brand guidelines.
• Manage content files and deliver completed work according to deadlines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating social media content; a portfolio or sample videos are required.
• Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Able to handle basic smartphone or camera shooting, lighting and audio.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook content styles.
• Able to write scripts and communicate naturally in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera.
• Creative, organised, receptive to feedback and able to work independently.
• Experience creating content for health, wellness, beauty or consumer products is an advantage.
