1. Purpose:
Supporting the development & maximization of the Travel Retail business in
Asia.

Ensure
day-to-day operations of the business are running smoothly with internal &
external partners thus delivering sales targets.

2. Main activities:
Key account management

·
Expanding the relationships with existing customers
by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

·
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers
and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

·
Identify new sales opportunities that will turn
into long-lasting relationships.

Driving
and monitoring product mix

·
Provide feedback on product mix and
recommended assortment referring to Global Guidelines.

·
Follow up with TR operators and make sure
they are following up our guidelines of order placement.

·
Highlight growth opportunities for
specific product category if any.

Cost management & OPEX / CAPEX follow
up

·
Improve cost efficiency of the department.

·
Perform on going data entry activities to
different budgeting template requested by Finance team.

·
Make sure payment made before due date in
order not to jeopardize daily operation.

·
Synchronize OPEX figures with Finance team
before every re-forecast stages

Ensure the
operation of POS is smooth and efficient

·
Maintain consistently high level of
customer service and satisfaction.

·
Coordinate with VM team on seasonal
material and props so to increase the brand presence at POS.

·
Follow up with CXA team so to ensure
product knowledge and selling technique are delivered to TR operators.
