Role Description The Shipping Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kapar. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparing orders, packing goods securely, and labeling shipments according to company standards. The Shipping Assistant helps load and unload materials, operates basic warehouse equipment as needed, and ensures that inventory records and documentation are accurate. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners on delivery schedules, resolving minor shipping issues. The Shipping Assistant is expected to follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while contributing to smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking incoming and outgoing goods and verifying documentation.
• Proficiency in Packing activities, ensuring items are packed, labeled, and prepared for transport securely and efficiently.
• Experience or basic competency in Shipping processes, such as arranging shipments, preparing waybills, and coordinating with carriers.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and logistics partners.
• Basic computer literacy for updating records, using warehouse or shipping software and handling email or digital documentation.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or shipping is an advantage.
