Job Title: HR Executive (IT Background Preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily human resource operations. Fresh graduates with an Information Technology (IT) background who are interested in pursuing a career in HR are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support daily HR administration and onboarding processes.
• Assist in maintaining HR systems and digital records.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
