About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and product-minded AI Product Lead to join our software and application development team in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the product direction and development of AI-enabled software products, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for turning customer and business needs into practical product solutions and helping deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused applications.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment and understands how AI capabilities can be incorporated into software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap for AI-enabled software products.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases.
• Work closely with software engineers, designers, data teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Evaluate AI technologies and determine where they can create meaningful product value.
• Lead product discovery, feature definition, prioritization, and launch planning.
• Develop product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to balance product requirements, technical feasibility, development effort, and delivery timelines.
• Establish and monitor product metrics to evaluate adoption, engagement, quality, and overall product performance.
• Support continuous product improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and data-informed decision making.
• Communicate product strategy and priorities clearly to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, software, or a related technology role.
• Experience leading or managing software product development from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern software development processes and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, AI-enabled applications, or emerging AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a product development environment.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled software applications or digital products.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud-based software, data products, or AI services.
• Experience using product analytics and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
