The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially astute Account Manager to spearhead their data centre infrastructure sales strategy across Malaysia.

The successful candidate will manage client to sell their solutions into clients for the complex data centre projects.
 
You'll

• Drive Revenue Growth: Execute the local go-to-market strategy to secure new footprints and increase wallet share within established data centre accounts.
• Navigate the Ecosystem: Engage directly with data centre operators, consultants, and contractors to align the client's technology with their commercial and engineering goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal systems engineers and regional sales experts to architect complex project bids and value propositions.
• Account Nurturing: Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, ensuring deep relationship continuity and long-term pipeline visibility.

 
We are keen to see:

• 3+ years of high-performance sales, business development, or account management experience specifically within ICT infrastructure, data centres, or complex building services.
• A proven history managing large-scale, high-value enterprise accounts.
• A strong grasp of data centre buying behaviours, telecommunications infrastructure requirements, and emerging tech trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 20% regionally as required.
