Position: Senior F&B Crew

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of F&B experience
• Experience in customer service / front-of-house operations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, professional, and well-groomed

Job Scope

• Greet and serve customers professionally
• Take orders and ensure timely food & beverage service
• Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints
• Operate POS and handle payments accurately
• Assist with opening/closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and service standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth operations
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment
• Support the supervisor/manager in guiding the service team
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
