AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Kitchen Assistant (Back of House)

• Prepare food according to company standards and authentic Machi recipes
• Handle food preparation, portioning, battering, breading & marinating
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper food storage, labelling & stock rotation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support daily kitchen operations and other assigned tasks

Service Crew (Front of House)

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders and recommend our signature Korean dishes
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Ensure service items are properly prepared, stocked, and ready for use
• Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service
