Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales

Experience in Travel & Tours, Umrah, Hajj is an advantage

Confident, proactive & target-driven

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good follow-up, negotiation & closing skills

Comfortable meeting customers and conducting face-to-face sale

Willing to participate in outdoor sales activities and events

Promote and sell Umrah & Hajj packages

Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, networking, social media & community outreach

Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp & other channels

Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, seminars & community events

Develop local networks and identify new business opportunities

Assist customers with registration, booking, payment & required documentation

Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and sales records

Achieve individual and branch sales targets/KPIs
