Job Title: C&S Inspector of Works (Civil & Structural)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Civil & Structural Inspectors of Works to supervise and monitor construction activities for a data centre project in Cyberjaya. The successful candidates will ensure that site works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and structural steel.
• Verify site activities against approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, material quality, and construction progress.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Maintain inspection records, site reports, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in civil and structural site inspection.
• Data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction project experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC procedures, and site inspection practices.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Availability: Candidates able to commence by the end of 2026.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
