• Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, banking, telesales, or financial services is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.

As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, conducting collection activities, negotiating repayment arrangements, and achieving individual and team collection targets. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in communication, motivated by performance, and interested in building a career in the financial recovery industry.

• Take Home Salary Range: RM ************* – RM 10,000 per month
