Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with service suppliers to ensure smooth daily store equipment repairs. Review quotation costs and process internal expense applications.
• Coordinate routine maintenance inspections and third-party cleaning operations.
• Create and update daily maintenance manuals for store staff to ensure safe and proper equipment handling.
• Oversee inventory levels for backup machinery and key spare parts.
• Communicate with property developers, building management, and landlords in case necessary to ensure smooth shop operations.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of facility management, maintenance coordination, or store development experience in the F&B sectors will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe AI, Photoshop will also be an advantage.
• Proficient in standard office software.
• Near-native or JLPT N2 level Japanese is essential for communication with Japanese staff and contractors. Fluency in English is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills with problem-solving capability.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
