• Oversee air conditioning installation projects and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and safety standards.
• Review technical documentation, installation methods, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, contractors, and authorities.
• Support company compliance with CIDB and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or other construction-related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction, HVAC, M&E, or building services industry.
• Mandatory experience in air conditioning installation projects (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation standards, and site operations.
• Experience managing contractors and installation teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Malaysian Citizen.
• Able to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale HVAC or M&E projects.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and CIDB requirements.
• Project management and site supervision experience.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
