Previous experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in livestreaming are encouraged to apply.

Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about social media, livestreaming, and e-commerce.

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other social media platforms.

Present and promote products clearly, confidently, and engagingly.

Interact with viewers through comments, questions, and real-time conversations.

Respond to customers’ enquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and orders.

Encourage viewers to participate in promotions, campaigns, and livestream activities.

Prepare and follow livestream scripts, content, and promotional materials.

Work closely with the marketing and content team to plan engaging livestream content.

Stay updated on social media trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences.

Monitor livestream performance, viewer engagement, and sales results.

Continuously improve hosting and presentation techniques to increase engagement and sales.
