Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Well organized, responsible and proactive

• Good communication skills

• Provide administrative and clerical support to daily operations

• Prepare documents, reports, filing and data entry

• Coordinate office supplies and inventory

• Support internal departments when required

• Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries
