The Role

We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume, blue-collar recruitment — building the operators, technicians, and shop-floor workforce powering our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Mass-source candidates for Production Operators, Technicians, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Warehouse/Logistics, and General Workers
• Build a ready-to-deploy talent pipeline for continuous hiring waves
• Run walk-in interviews, job fairs, and referral drives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding
• Partner with production supervisors on manpower planning and shift needs
• Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and attrition metrics
• Champion the employer brand within the local workforce community

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with high-volume/blue-collar hiring experience
• Background in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse recruitment preferred
• Strong mass-sourcing skills — job portals, walk-ins, community drives
• Results-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bahasa Malaysia essential; Mandarin a plus
