ABOUT US

The Meat Experts Restaurant specialises in premium imported meats, sausages, pork cuts and Western cuisine. We welcome responsible, hardworking people who love food. No extensive kitchen experience required - a willingness to learn matters most.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Passionate about food and cooking.

• Comfortable handling raw meat, including pork products.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Available for weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

• Kitchen experience is a plus, not essential.

LOCATION

• Bukit Damansara

• 3 Damansara, Petaling Jaya

FOOD PREPARATION

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen mise en place.

• Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces and garnishes.

• Help with portioning, marinating and organising ingredients.

• Follow kitchen standards and instructions when preparing ingredients.

KITCHEN OPERATIONS

• Support chefs during lunch and dinner service.

• Assist with basic cooking and plating under supervision.

• Keep ingredients and equipment ready for service.

• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff.

• Work efficiently during busy periods.

HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS

• Keep workstations, utensils and equipment clean.

• Follow proper food-handling and hygiene procedures.

• Store ingredients correctly and safely.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Complete applicable food-handling training and health requirements.

TEAMWORK

• Work closely with other kitchen team members.

• Communicate clearly and follow instructions.

• Support colleagues where needed.

• Maintain a positive attitude during busy service.

• RM15 per hour.
• Hands-on experience with premium imported meats.
• Learn Western cooking techniques from experienced chefs.
