About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. You'll be the driving force behind our brand visibility. Crafting campaigns, managing content, and working hand-in-hand with our Business Development team to generate leads and win business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support business development activities
• Plan and manage online and offline campaigns including social media, email marketing, events, and industry publications
• Create and manage content across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, marketing collaterals)
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Proposal teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Track and analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts
• Monitor industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a technical industry environment
• Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior experience in a marketing agency or B2B environment
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, engineering, or industrial sector marketing
• Experience managing social media accounts or running paid digital campaigns

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
