Job Description: 工作內容：
1. 維護並提升客戶關係，確保客戶對服務滿意。
2. 安排並協調工程師維修時程，讓服務流程更順暢。
3. 建立並管理客服紀錄（登入、歸檔、文件整理）。
4. 處理客服相關文件，如交接文件、服務卡、合約、服務紀錄等。
5. 提交維修報告並追蹤後續進度。
6. 完成主管交辦的專案或任務。

我們希望你具備：
1. 專科以上學歷。
2. 1 年以上客服或相關經驗（B2B 客服經驗加分）。
3. 以客戶為中心，並具備優秀服務技巧。
4. 擅長團隊合作、溝通協調與時間管理。
5. 反應靈敏、積極主動，能獨立處理突發狀況。
