We are looking for an enthusiastic Internship Student to join our Project Planning Team. This is an office-based internship that provides students with practical exposure to project planning, monitoring, coordination, and construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Planning Team in preparing and updating project schedules and timelines.
• Support the preparation of project progress reports, presentations, and other planning-related documents.
• Review and refer to construction drawings and project plans for planning and coordination purposes.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant teams on project updates and progress.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of project planning records.
• Perform other project planning and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of construction drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other construction-related software is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
