• Location: Mid Valley

Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records, onboarding/ offboarding, leave, attendance, claims.

- Assist monthly payroll and payroll reports.

- Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD timely.

- Support recruitment, employee queries, HR reports, and HR projects.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.

- Fresh graduates with/without HR experience.

- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Detail-oriented, organised, confidential.

- MS Office; HR/payroll software is a plus.
