- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is an advantage.

- Understand clients' financial needs, goals and protection priorities.

- Provide suitable Islamic financial and Takaful protection solutions based on clients' needs.

- Conduct basic financial needs analysis and protection reviews for clients.

- Explain Takaful solutions clearly and professionally to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Follow up with prospective and existing clients professionally.

- Develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals and digital platforms.

- Participate in training, coaching and personal development programmes provided by the team.

- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable company and industry guidelines.
