Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

At least 2 years of working experience in digital or social media marketing

Good knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts

Creative, detail-oriented, able to work independently and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Melay, and Chinese

Familiarity with design or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, XHS 小红书, etc.)

Manage and monitor company’s social media platforms to increase engagement and followers

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) according to marketing plans

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Handle and manage e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or company website), including product listing, promotion setup, and order coordination

Assist in managing website content, SEO, and online advertising campaigns

Research digital trends and competitors’ activities to improve marketing effectiveness
