Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

1–2 years' retail/customer service experience is preferred, although fresh graduates can apply

Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and messaging platforms.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Support administrative tasks and documentation related to customer service activities.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.

Contribute to delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.
