AG Wealth Advisory is looking for motivated fresh graduates and career switchers who want to build a professional career in financial services, client advisory and business development. Structured training, practical guidance and personal mentoring are provided.

Learn how to understand clients' financial protection needs.

Introduce suitable financial protection solutions with guidance.

Arrange appointments and participate in client consultations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Provide professional after-sales support.

Develop communication, presentation, sales and business-development skills.

Work towards agreed activity and performance targets.

Progress towards senior advisory or leadership responsibilities based on performance.

This is a client-facing financial-services role involving prospecting, consultations, relationship management and performance targets. It is not a desk-based administrative position. Potential monthly income is RM2,000-RM5,000 depending on eligibility and individual performance. Actual income may vary and is not guaranteed. The full income structure will be explained transparently during the interview.
