Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Barista cum Hub Attendant to support the daily operations of the recreational hub. The role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene and supporting the smooth operation of the hub. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming environment and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks) according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter and hub areas.
• Check and replenish beverages, ingredients, equipment and other supplies.
• Report equipment damage, safety concerns or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and the hub safety procedures.

· Assist the supervisor in planning, setting up, and coordinating hubs events.

• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous barista, customer service, F&B or recreational facility experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
